Having access to a large IT resource through work, this was the first time I had used such a service in relation to a personal PC.
I was completely satisfied with the level of service I received from start to finish. The continued communication was great, same day service was actually same day and the engineers went out of their way to help. Courteous and friendly, I would have no hesitation in recommending Just PC Repairs and using their service again in the future.
I am emailing to offer feedback on recent works that were carried out on my macbook pro further to a voicemail I received a few days ago.
Overall, the service that was offered was excellent, exactly as I could have wanted. However, since then I've noticed a couple of screws on the base of the mac are protruding, not flush like the others. I have been busy recently but have been meaning to return to the store to resolve this issue which I imagine would take 2 minutes.
Other than that, I was satisfied and would happily recommend your services to others.

The PC is working fine now, so is the back up on the Toshiba Hard Drive you supplied and downloaded for me. I am having problems (because I don't know what I am doing) with getting the back up sorted on my laptop. Chris did say if I had any problems to get back to you, so would it be possible for me to pop up with the laptop and Toshiba hard drive for Chris to set the back up for me?

Dell had told me that the data was irretrievable and that I’d have to re-load the operating system! Neither proved to be the case!

Thank you for the voicemail message you left me yesterday and I'm happy to give you some feedback on my recent repair.
I took my desktop PC into the Binfield shop for a same day service as I was experiencing a number of issues and could not access the internet. Rick advised me that my PC was not reponding to his diagnostic tests and that a fresh install of Windows XP would be required. This was actioned and the PC was ready for collection by 6pm the same day.
My PC is now working like new again and seems so much faster.

Just to say a big thank you to your Binfield branch, problem was with my BT router which is now fixed with BT help.
The staff at the Binfield branch allowed me to download software I needed urgently for my business at the weekend using their business broadband.
Excellent quality service all round.

Yesterday and again today I brought my faulty cpu to your establishment. It is now working fine.
The reason for this letter is in praise of the service I received from a young man whose name I did not get, but he sports a shaven head; efficient, polite and business like, all that goes to top class customer service. I offered him a gratuity which he refused.
Later after golf, the subject of customer service and the general lack thereof I was able to relate my experience with Just PC Repairs Ltd. Whereupon one said that his computer needed attention and would be calling you tomorrow. AT least two others put your name in their dairies for future reference.
I used your business last year to recover all data on my old desktop hard drive and was very satisfied with the service and the price and was wondering if it were possible to some the same on an external hard drive
